SSA Files Post-Conference Brief

On November 15, 2023, the U.S. International Trade Commission held a staff conference at which representatives from the American Shrimp Processors Association (ASPA) and the U.S. Shrimpers Coalition testified in support of trade relief for the U.S. industry.  On November 20, 2023, ASPA and the Southern Shrimp Alliance filed separate post-conference briefs in support of trade relief with the Commission.  The Commission is scheduled to vote in the preliminary phase of its investigation on December 8.
