Attached is a copy of the “new” cELB reimbursement template. Please note that NMFS will reimburse permit holders up to $200 for installation costs associated with installing the logbook on their vessel. Reimbursements will be made even if the permit holders did the installation themselves as long as they submitted either a company invoice or they fill out the attached form. In order to be reimbursed it is critical that they note how much it cost them for the installation. If they don’t note a dollar amount NMFS will have to return the forms, requesting that they note their expenditures. If you have any questions please feel free to call this office at 727-934-5090.
