Where is the shrimp you are eating from? If you do not want to purchase shrimp grown in antibiotic-laced ponds, raised on feed made from illegally harvested fish, or processed by slave labor, how do you do it? American shrimpers are required to maintain detailed records regarding their harvests of shrimp and the Southern Shrimp Alliance advocates for equivalent traceability requirements imposed on all shrimp sold in the U.S. market.
